The 106-seater quick service restaurant (SAMBHARSA). spreads over 3445 sqft. Open seating, air-conditioned seating. To communicate its personality without isolating its current audience, we designed the space to ensure that the customer enjoys the bounty of nature – either by directly incorporating landscaping in certain setups or then playing with greens in the courtyard where patterns are created by sunlight. The use of bold and fuss free interior design mirrors what SAMBHARSA strives for – to deliver quality and hygienic food at pocket friendly prices.
